a dark beer and a lollipop

a dubious but amazing classic from kikuya, in florence. you take a beer, bitter and strong and preferably cheap, and steep a lollipop in it by crooking the stick so it hangs on the rim of the drink like a tea bag. bonus: you get to have four lollipops in one sitting
